Before the challenge begins, you'll receive an invitation to download the SimplyFit Fitness Tracker and to join our 21 Day Vibrant Living Challenge Facebook Group.

You'll receive a weekly action plan and daily coaching emails.

You can spend as much time as you like each day on your challenge depending on your movement and your meal prepping. However at 15-30 minutes a day dedicated to your challenge is recommended.
