Schedule: We meet 7:30am-8:15 AM Mon & Wednesday @ McGavock Farms Brentwood, TN.
What to Bring: Keep it simple! A yoga mat; a set of 3-8lb dumbbells; plenty of water. Come as you are! No fancy workout clothes needed! Just be sure to wear a good pair of athletic shoes!
Cost: 12-Week Session is $450 or $160/month.
Small group personal training allows you get all the benefits of working with a personal trainer, but in a group setting!

I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 25 years. I began my career as an In-Home Personal Trainer in Brentwood, TN and eventually went on to appear regularly as a Fitness Expert and On-Air Guest on Home Shopping Networks for over two years.
In 2009, I opened my first Fitness Boot Camp company and helped thousands of women get fit at studio locations across the Nashville area for almost 10 years.
I now work with clients both online and in-person and specialize in helping women 40+ live their best and healthiest life!
