I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 25 years. I began my career as an In-Home Personal Trainer in Brentwood, TN and eventually went on to appear regularly as a Fitness Expert and On-Air Guest on Home Shopping Networks for over two years.
In 2009, I opened my first Fitness Boot Camp company and helped thousands of women get fit at studio locations across the Nashville area for almost 10 years.
I now work one-on-one with clients both online and in-person and specialize in customized programs to help individuals get healthy and fit… at any age!

2. Small Group Personal Training Classes
What's Included: Personal Training clients receive everything included in the Online Membership, plus 2 group classes per week.
Schedule: We currently meet Mons & Weds 8:30am - 9:15am @ McGavock Farms Brentwood, TN, and have more classes coming soon.
What to Bring: Keep it simple! A yoga mat; a set of 3-8lb dumbbells; plenty of water. Be sure to wear a good pair of athletic shoes!
Due to the Cornavirus, all in-person options are currently outside only, with 6 participants or less, 6 feet apart and with extra cleaning precautions. More details available upon request.
Expert Instruction
When you train with me, I'll help you learn each exercise properly and show you how to be sure you don't do too much too soon, have plenty of time to recover and don't get overwhelmed.
Monthly Wellness Focus
Each month you will receive a new SimplyFit Wellness Guide to help you create new healthy habits.
Workout App
All members can access their SimplyFit workouts, including complete instructions, exercise demo videos and workout timer.
Nutrition Coaching
